You’ll need to complete my pre-exercise screening form so I can gain a complete understanding of your physical history and training background. This gives us the baseline we need to build a safe, effective, coaching pathway.
We’ll dig deep into what you’ve done in the past, what’s worked, what hasn’t, and most importantly—what your future fitness goals are. From building strength and muscle to competing in Powerlifting, we’ll map out the game plan to get you there.
Once we’re crystal clear on the plan, I’ll walk you through how I work with clients. This includes program options, coaching structure, athlete support, and investment levels so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.

Hi! I’m Liza, The Riverside Strength Coach with over a decade of experience helping women build strong, capable bodies through smart, structured training.
I’ve coached across personal training, group fitness, sports performance, and competitive powerlifting, from first-time lifters to podium finishes. I’ve also hosted sanctioned meets and currently serve as Vice President of GPC New Zealand, working to grow and professionalise the sport.
Today, I combine high-level strength coaching with a holistic, athlete-first approach to help women build muscle, confidence, and resilience in the gym and in life.
With structure, support, and accountability, my goal is simple: to help you become the strongest version of yourself.

The training experience with Jonathan was absolutely amazing, enjoyed every second of it. He is very informative, helpful and energetic which makes training super easy!
